Today is really a bad day. I'm P. We only have 4 nurses and 1 HCA. Therefore, IC also need to be team leader. Luckily Candy is very experienced... We borrowed nurse and HCA from others, and my team is not really very poor. But I have to deal with curious visitors again, ask me lots of things.

As the houseman is new, he do his job slowly and delay the work in my ward for more than 8 hours! How wonderful~~ I feel sorry about him indeed. One of my patient need to have KCL infusion , which is ordered at A time. However, houseman cannot finish his work and wait wait wait... until 21:00, I tried to set drip by myself. After 3 trials, drip was set. Luckily the patient ws not conscious. Otherwise, he would be so poor to be hurt by 3 times.

Actually I'm not supposed to set drip as I do not have certificate. I can only do this underground.
