【軟體簡介】 ‧原版對拷‧
Planix 3D Home 是一套專業的建築設計軟體，適合專業建築師的建築規
劃、室內設計或管線配置，可以說是建築設計的DIY工具。
本套軟體可算是一套具體而微的電腦輔助設計（CAD）軟體， 基本的繪圖
弁鈳ㄓw具備。大部分的繪圖工作都可以藉由圖示和滑鼠操作來完成，片
中附有各種圖形庫，一般常見的家具和常用的建築符號幾乎都找得到，因
此只要把房屋的隔間畫好之後，規劃家具排置和庭園景觀便簡單多了。除
此之外，本片還具備報表弁遄A讓你可以很輕易地掌握和管理門窗、家具
、管線等資料。
片中的設計圖分成十餘類，都是一、二層的獨棟住宅或別墅。必須注意的
是，建築物與其所在的社會、風俗和生活形態緊密相關，通常會具備明顯
的地域性格，而台灣的住宅和美國有著相當的差距。這些設計看來均極舒
適且美觀，但是空間規劃多半與本地慣例並不相同。譬如圖中寬敞的衣帽
間和更衣室，以及落地窗、挑空兩層、有壁爐的起居室，對於我們而言，
若非可望不可及的小市民夢想，便是不符本地的生活習慣和氣候條件。
Planix Home Designer 3D Deluxe, 你能藉由超過 1,300 設計符號,(包括
四種不同的設計風格)，以3D角度產生一虛擬的 "walkthrough" 實境。
※ 軟體特色：
(1) Find-A-Plan makes it easy to determine the ideal home plan
for those who do not want to create a design with Smart Space
planning. Autodesk recreated, in a software format, 500 fully
-editable, professionally designed floor plans from Home
Planners, Inc., the leading publisher of home plan books. Use
the Find-A-Plan dialog to search for the preferred home plan
on the Planix Home Designer 3D Deluxe CD by selecting the style
, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms. Then open the
desired plan file to make any changes necessary for customiza
-tion.
(2) Advanced Design Capability Enhancements let you create a plan
by drawing the exterior walls first. By selecting a shape and
typing in the exterior wall dimensions, Planix Home Designer
3D Deluxe automatically places the floor plan outline fully
scaled on the page. More experienced users can start with a
blank sheet of paper. A new dialog box prompts you to type
in the lot size to set the scale.
(3) Home Project Estimator Software is included to calculate
quantities and costs for do-it-yourself home projects. Some
of the categories include: Interior Decorating (paint, wall
-paper, tile); Lumber Construction (interior and exterior
walls, nails, board feet, roofing); Concrete Construction;
Landscaping (dirt, sand mulch, grass seed, decorative rock);
Home Electronics; and Electrical. The bundled Home Project
Estimator software provides helpful how-to descriptions with
tool lists and specialized calculators to determine the
quantity of the required materials.
(4) 3D Virtual Reality Walk-Through Tours can be created easily
for any floor plan. Simply trace a path in the plan and
Planix Home Designer 3D Deluxe automatically generates a
standard (.AVI) video file. Any number of movies can be created
and replayed again and again using the VCR-like controls.
